About the Illustrator

Susan Richards was born in the United Kingdom and emigrated to Australia in 1956. She has a daughter, a son and a grandson.

Susan has a wide and varied career in art and illustration. She now lives with her partner Francis McMahon in Beech Forest, a small town in the Otway Ranges of south-west Victoria, where both Susan and Francis are enjoying the continuation of their art careers.

Susan is a partner in Art Reach Gallery Café, Beech Forest, Vic.
